Help draft a constitution for a new form of represen­tative governance

We are drafting a constitution and envisioning rules and regulations for the operation of a new form of governance, one designed by the people, for all people. Based upon new goals and incorporating the tenants of the Earth Charter, the Earth Constitution and Rights of Nature, it builds upon them by pulling the best aspects from existing systems, outlawing the worst, and taking directives from the people via the annual Peoples’ Survey (see Outposts of Change for more particulars). If you have insight, legal or otherwise, into how a progressive system of governance can be designed to work at local, regional, and global levels, and you would like to play a role in the creation of the most representative form of governance ever, we invite your participation.
